"Staff is very professional and always ready and available to assist you. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and had great Mexican options. Property is walking distance to El Zocalo which is great however the street is closed to cars so you have to get Uber/Taxi outside the hotel. Also, the rooms are very small. "

"The room had the shower and bathroom separate so I’m glad it was my daughters and myself traveling because you literally get out of the shower and are in the same room. We did hear lots of noise from the neighbors in the next room. Conversations & babies crying which I thought the rooms were sound proof, but I think it was the most unpleasant part and also no fridge in the room. It was good for a quick overnight stay though"

"Staff was friendly, helpful and patient with my minimal Spanish. Room was clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour provided by the hotel. Great spot!"
