"A great place to stay in Lowestoft. Excellent value for money. We had the Deluxe room and it was worth every penny. Spacious, comfortable bed, super clean bathroom, tea and coffee. I am a well travelled person and this was super comfortable. The view was amazing, breakfast over the road and free on-road parking. Perfect. The hosts were super kind to make us comfortable with check in and out. A lovely visit to Lowestoft. "

"Nice room very clean staff pleasant but bar area in need of a bit of love snd attention. Breakfast very good but placement of things s bit odd. Why is the butter with the fresh fruit section and not by the toaster and bread and jams !? Also tea making area very congested and when busy you have to wait a very long time to access the hot water/ coffee machine. "

"This is a rare gem tucked away in rural Suffolk but not 2 mins from the excellent blue boar pub. The hotel is friendly and welcomes furry friends. To get a breakfast included was phenomenal. "

"Just perfect, We were not sure when we booked as it was just a place to stay while we visited friends, but if we are in the area we will go back the accommodation was spotlessly clean. The shower was lovely. What can I say about the pub, well all pubs should be like this. The staff were brilliant and the food was amazing.
