"Great boutique style hotel in the heart of Getaria. Rooms overlooking the sea are superb providing fantastic views that make for a fairly unique experience that was a highlight of our visit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with a reasonable selection of quality produce both savoury (meats/cheese) and sweet, selection of hot breakfast options is limited. Driving to the hotel is via a narrow street which is accessed by driving up a small hill on the right just past the traffic lights - this street is not immediately apparent when you arrive and the adjacent street is pedestrianised so it can be confusing, just take it slowly! Parking is available for 2 cars in a garage further down the street @ €15 per night - manoeuvring into this garage can be problematic if one space is already filled. Be sure to check out the Balenciaga Museum in Getaria - top class display of an iconic fashion designer's work."

"What a lovely hotel and the staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the bathroom was very nice. We ate dinner in the restaurant and were very impressed with the quality of the food. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and would be very happy to stay again"

"Lovely 19th century villa with fantastic views and wonderful staff. I would stay again for sure, despite being surprised that the split unit AC doesn’t work, only half the windows open, some bathtub tiles were old and appeared moldy, and there seemed to be no real concern about any of it. Still, I’ll pick the same apartment next time, and maybe bring my own large coffee mug and kitchen sponge :-)"

"We stayed in a triple room, sadly only for one night. We would have been happy to stay much longer. The rooms are modern, airy, smart and quiet. The electric blinds are really effective. Very comfortable beds and decent bathrooms, coffee, TV etc. Super clean. Location is really convenient too for the town and the beach. What sets the Hotel apart is the incredible welcome, service and friendliness. Esti spent a load of time recommending and booking restaurants for us and Pablo let us leave our luggage for the afternoon while we went to the beach. We could not have had a better stay. We loved Zarautz and want to come back and will return to Hotel Zerupe if we can!"

"Nice rustic hotel in a fantastic location just a short walk to the lovely promenade where you can find bars and restaurants. Parking can be an issue as there is no car park, also along the street outside, parking is for residents only. Breakfast was ok, would have been nice to have had a hot offering though. There is no air conditioning and the rooms get very hot, it was 39 degrees when we stayed and it felt like an oven. Staff were really helpful and friendly."

"Awesome accommodation! Even though there is no front desk and all check in autonomous, it is super efficient. Rooms are gorgeous & clean and a hearty breakfast is included in the stay all while being within 10 min to the airport!"
