"Amazing stay, check in by Elly was quick and professional, recognised my platinum status straight away and told me about the benefits that this brought. Hotel is showing age and beds need changing however good location, cheap but adequate breakfast and clean hotel."

"Staff, room and location were all wonderful. The only downside was that when arriving in our room there was a fan/air con that was extremely noisy and grating. We advised reception of this when leaving for the afternoon, and were told they would look into it. On returning a new reception staff member advised it has been fixed by maintenance so a room move wasnt necessary. Unfortunately a 4am, the noise started again and was intrusive enough to wake us up. Thankfully the following night it happened around 11pm. When checking out we let reception know, only to be told that a maintenance request had been filed and they were aware the problem wasnt fixed. It wasnt a huge deal, but was disruptive and we would have accepted the room change had we not been told the issue was fixed. Otherwise the room was clean, and location near QV, melbourne central and trans is great."

"Modern hotel. Friendly staff. Nice rooms, decent breakfast and nice bar area. Conveniently located for access to the CBD. Room has a lot of dust in the slightly out of the way places - such as high shelves on shelving units, behind the TV and in the corner of rooms. Could do with a more thorough clean for dust. The on site gym is handy, but really limited equipment wise. Gym geared towards cardio, with only a small selection of dumbbells. The gym would benefit from some more, heavier dumbbells and perhaps some kettle bells. This would give those looking to weight train greater options. All in all a good hotel."

"Overall excellent. Great location and had a quiet-corner 1 bedroom apartment which was clean & spacious with kitchenette. Two things to watch out for here: 1. Check-in (approx 2.30pm) took forever with a massive line of people and only 2 staff on the front counter which was annoying after many, many hours of travel. On a busy afternoon, you won't get much change out of 45 mins for check-in. 2. You cannot phone reception from your room and have to visit the front desk in person for any issues, questions or requests that arise during your stay. This is incredibly annoying, especially as there consistently seemed to be a solid lineup at reception for both check-ins and general queries. You can try just phoning the hotel number from your phone, but even when I tried that there was no answer. Apart from those 2 shortcomings the room itself was most excellent and reasonably priced, and I will definitely stay again."
