"This place is a hazard to your health. We were welcomed to our room by feces covered toilet paper rolls. When I told the front desk, I got an emotionless response. As if the person was a robot. No attempt to improve my stay or empathy at all. We had a non smoking room but the smell of cigarette smoke was so thick and seemed to get stronger throughout the duration of our stay. It was so bad, I felt I had smoked a pack myself. I feel bad for Americans who traveled on a budget like myself who might end up here, because it was a nightmare. The carpet was extremely stained and parts were severely burnt. The bathroom vanity was supported by a random peace of 2x4. It wreaked of mildew after every shower and the bathroom ceiling was molded. The final straw was a rat running from the building as we entered the second night of our stay. We immediately started making other arrangements. As we checked out a day early, the front desk was rude making sarcastic and condescending remarks after I asked for a receipt. This place should honestly be condemned."

"I had a great stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the bed was especially comfortable after a long day. The fitness center was a nice bonus and gave me a chance to fit in a workout while traveling. I also enjoyed the outdoor seating areas. While I didn’t use the pool, it looked nice and well maintained. It was convenient to have snacks, drinks, toiletries, and other essentials available for purchase. The staff was friendly, and the overall property was well kept. I would definitely stay here again."

"Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was it appeared they particle in the no mow may with the grass coming up past well beyond my ankle. The check in was kiosk with a guy named Ace who was super helpful but sometimes the connection would be buggy and I’d miss words he said. The overall room was clean until you looked at the details. A sticky spot on the carpet and the AC hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long with dust and debris inside of it. The hallways had water damage on the tiles."

"First of all, the pet fees were not 35 per stay as the Expedia website for this hotel said! It was 35 per night!!!! And the hotel would not honor the website as they said it’s not their problem! And I don’t know who the sketchy looking guy was who was there all the time smoking in his car outside…he must have been part of the hotel staff. But not a professional looking part of the staff at all. I was there 6 nights! He was there every night"
