"This hotel was great 😊 the guy at the front desk needs to be told that he works customer service because he didn’t ask me anything but my first name and stayed on the phone talking and laughing through the whole check in biy other than that the hotel was nice enough for sure, beautiful property."

"An incredible place!! Despite a 12 hour electrical outage throughout the entire city of Bloomington/Normal, they were prepared to handle things almost without interruption. Ample air conditioning, reduced but sufficient lighting, & breakfast next morning. Barely heard storm w/ great construction. They should be knighted for their preps..."
