"The room was clean so no complaints there but the staff looked like they could have been anywhere else, one of the lifts didn’t work and the other was really slow, there were lots of homeless/drugged people hanging around in and outside the foyer, the place looks like it was abandoned in the 80s….but all that said, it’s so cheap and convenient for city night out and train station that as long as it’s just a bed for night, it is worth it!"
