"A very comfortable premium floor room. Excellent views from the room and we loved the executive lounge (great breakfast buffet and very helpful staff). I rate the hotel less favourably because my 18 year old nephew was not allowed to use the pool. It was very hot outside and due to it being a holiday many attractions in the city were closed so we considered using the pool but they have an arbitrary 20 year age requirement (despite him being able to have his own room). Apparently there is a pool at a sister property that can be accessed but we were not told about it. Everything else was favourable."

"Small rooms as are the norm in Japan but perfectly efficient. Everything you needed was there including PJs. Fantastic location above the subway and JR and Shinkansen lines. Lots or convenience stores and eateries within walking distance under the train stn. Staff helped us purchase a stamp and post a postcard."
