He was such a gracious host and incredibly accommodating, especially with our last minute requests. We really appreciated the care and effort he put into making it a special experience. The hotel itself was excellent, and my fiancé and his group had an amazing time with no issues throughout their stay. The quality of the hotel and the exceptional customer service made this an easy recommendation!"

"The concierge, Mark, was very helpful and made reservations for us at a great restaurant. All staff were very friendly, and the people in the Club room on the 37th floor were marvelous during breakfast. A fantastic breakfast, by the way - with a great view. Fast clean elevators, excellent location, wonderful amenities. A great stay."
