"Service was good"

"We arrived at 2:30 and asked if we could check in early, Ashar said our room was not ready but she would try to find another. About 2:45 we were given a key to 309. On entering we found the room had not been cleaned and bed not made, we returned to the front desk and overheard a cleaning supervisor say we were mistaken that the room was clean. She stormed off to check the room saying she would be back., she didn’t retWe asked for a different room away fro the elevator and were given 407 opposite the elevator on the other side. We were tired and decided not to complain. Total check-in time about 30 minutes. On our 3 night we went down to the bar/ restaurant and ordered fish and chips which took about 40-45 minutes to arrive. On the third day I went to the front desk about 1:30 and asked that our room be made up, I was asked if I wanted “full service”. No I just want the service I had contracted. The staff were all very friendly but the service was terrible."

"Because of severe weather condition, the air conditioner could not make the room all the time. One of the elevators was out of service for my whole stay, and the only one was very busy with some issues. The safety of the area was terrible, and some security crews were assigned in different floors."
