An Amazing Stay at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester The hotel has amazing architecture and beautiful decor full of character and charm. Every aspect of our stay was excellent — from the food, room, bed, and washroom to the gym and dining experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the customer service was outstanding. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere made this one of the best hotel stays we’ve had.

We had a fantastic stay at Kimpton Clock Tower. Our room was spacious and well furnished with everything we needed. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the Refuge restaurant. Tom and the team took great care of us and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

Staff was very good and helpful, they made me feel as good as they can within their power and was very friendly. Just one small point, as 1st time visitors to the hotel, it would have been helpful on arrival at breakfast if the staff taking your room number would check if you have had breakfast at the hotel before so could explain re self service and ordering of hot drinks etc.
