"Wonderful experience! Great location, staff were very pleasant, welcoming and very helpful. Food was delicious with lots of variety! The beach is amazing and the water park is so much fun. The animation team are energetic and the night programs are entertaining. Special thanks to Mr. Magdy Fawzy for the upgrades and for making our stay exceptional. "The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were huge, the entertainment guys tried there best to get everyone involved, especially ameel, sorry if spelt wrong, the bar staff were great, the highlight of our holiday was the lifeguard Hassan, from the moment we arrived he took an interest and advised us where to sit etc, he helped me when I was ill and prepared a vip area for my wife on her birthday, he also helped my daughter to learn how to swim and showed my son how to swim a lot better, every day he greeted us with a smile and we looked forward to seeing him"

"The check-in process was really smooth and easy. Mr. Amr and the manager Mr. Mina were able to take our disabilities into account and ensure that our needs were met. The food was excellent all of the servers and the wait staff and the support staff were amazing! Our rooms were tidied and cleaned every single day, and there was never request that we made that they didn’t immediately take care of. They are amazing! My son had a medical emergency on the trip and the hotel staff, including Mr. Ashraf Moh, Mr. Mina and Mr. Amr asked about him every single day. They even called our room to ask us if there was anything we needed for my son to make our stay easier while he was ill. Any request I made pertaining to my son’s illness, they took care of immediately with grace and great respect. This hotel didn’t just make me feel like a guest they made me feel like family! They are super attentive, respectful, and kind! The facilities are absolutely beautiful and well taken care of my kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach so much! The way they treated my family and I has ensured that I will never stay anywhere else when vacationing in Hurghada/ Makadi!"

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding and really set the tone for the entire trip. Everything about the resort was simply awesome — the facilities were immaculate, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and vibrant. Every corner of the resort reflected great care and quality. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would highly recommend Jaz Saraya to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.
