"My wife and I stayed here a total of 5 nights during our recent trip to Leh/Ladakh. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Also the staff was amazing - always making sure we were happy and attentive to any and all requests we made. The hotel is well located and an easy walk to the main market and various restaurants and shops. "

"このホテルを含めて5つの宿泊施設を滞在中利用しましたが、Hotel New Glacier Viewが1番良かったです。 はじめバスタブがあると思っていたのですが、ツインか2人以上宿泊の場合の部屋にあるのみで、シングルにバスタブは無いみたいでした。 部屋を幾つか候補から選ばせてくれて、眺めも良く、シャワーも出てドライヤーも借りる事が出来、Wi-Fiも充電も問題ありません。 何よりスタッフ皆さんが親切でした、またレーに訪問するときは利用したいです。皆さんにお薦めします。ありがとうございました！"

The food at the restaurant is very tasty and made from fresh and good quality ingredients. The property is located 1km from the main Leh Market and it's an easy 15 minute uphill walk to the market. The property is also only 10 mins from the airport. The property also has great view of the hills."

"There were some maintenance issues when we checked in but our room was upgraded to make our stay comfortable. We were offered the services of the hotel transport which we took. Hussian the driver was friendly and had good knowledge of the area which made our tours enjoyable. Overall we found the hotel nice & comfortable with good food and friendly staff. Thanks to Deizy for a smooth check in despite the maintenance issues. We recommend this hotel but be mindful of the challenges in Len ,...

"I really enjoyed both my stays at The Pal. It's a very nice property, well-kept, a convenient short walk from the main market. The stroll down the street never got old. The room was tidy. The shower was plenty refreshing after an 8-day trek. Breakfast was good. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my time at The Pal and look forward to staying again next time I visit wonderful Leh. "

"Norbu the hotel GM was excellent. He personally made sure that the stay was comfortable and any of our needs were addressed. In fact, while embarrassing to state in a review, we ran out of cash and he lent us Rs. 5000/= going out of the way. That was a very trusting gesture on his part. Norbu also helped us get the visitor permit from the local DM’s office which helped us move forward with our trip.
