"The Butler House was very homey, clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location for seeing the falls was excellent. We were able to walk to all tourist locations both in the US and Canada. Both mornings breakfast was delicious and filling. We highly recommend!"

"Our room was so lovely and cozy and the staff were wonderful! We especially loved the bar and dining staff for breakfast and dinner. We felt so taken care of and had the best time at the Red Coach Inn!"

"It was very close to Niagara Falls park (3 block walk). The restaurant served very good food. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again if we ever get back."

"Close to the falls."

"Lugar excepcional"

"The front desk was very friendly and helpful."

"Hotel is dated"

"We had a bri f but enjoyable stay and the staff were very helpful."

"The staff was very helpful. The rooms however are in terrible condition. We found multiple bed bugs on the bed in the morning. The carpet in the room had stains everywhere and the bathroom had a smell to it. Location is great, but everything else absolutely sucks."

"It was okay for the price. I did feel the need to wipe down the room with Clorox wipes. The shower had mildew stains in the grout, and hard water stains in the shower head causing a lack of water pressure. There was also dust build up on the hair dryer hanging from the wall. The doors and door knobs had obvious scuffs, stains and build up that I was able to remove with a quick wipe. It wasn’t the cleanest hotel room I’ve stayed in."

"Établissement pourrait être plus propre et les chambres"
