New fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter, stove with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave hood, coffee maker and toaster. Conditioning. Wood fireplace (ecological log only $). Cable TV in the living room (dvd) and in the bedroom. Outdoor and indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym. Free WIFI. Bedding included. Short-term dock rental at the marina, which is a 3-minute walk from the condo. Comfort guaranteed in our cozy little condo! Located on the 3rd floor, without elevator. Very clean, quiet, well appointed condo. First night on our trip from Maine to Minnesota. Beautiful view of the lake. The train whistle got our attention quickly at 10 PM. We need a longer stay here in the summer. If you don't speak French, Google Translate is a wonderful assistant.

Nous avons passé 10 jours chez Josée et avons pu profiter aisément de toutes les commodités du site. Le logement était très propre, fraîchement rénové et très bien équipé. Il est idéalement placé pour découvrir les environs. La communication avec Josée fut très facile et nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement :). Nous n'hésiterions pas à y retourner :).

My Stepdaughter and I had a wonderful stay at this condo, so clean and had everything we needed. We were able to walk downtown for dinner and shopping!!! Definitely would recommend this lovely condo !!!!!!

An ideal location for a romantic getaway. The condo is both warm and cozy and in excellent, spotless condition. Loved spending a few days here over the Christmas holiday"s. Looking forward to spending time here during the summer months and take advantage of the spacious balcony overlooking Lake Memphremagog.

Stunning sunsets on the water with view of Mont Orford. This condo is a gem for its stylish interior and walkable access to Magog. It was terrific once we were settled in. Lots of stairs will keep you fit.

Love love the condo/resort Well located, well stocked with amenities, all services at walking distance and a bunch of quick drive away destinations. Technically a small condo but really doesn’t feel like it inside Condo is well decorated and fully equipped. Spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony or one of the swings along the lake. Will definitely go back again !!!

My Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We loved the modern decor, lake view and close proximity to downtown Magog. It had everything we needed for our stay and we look forward to coming back again!
