We loved the location of the apartment. We not only had an exceptional view across the water, but we were also very close to bus stops (and the bus system in Tromsø is very inexpensive and efficient), the downtown area. "Accommodations excellent, 2 comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, living dining area with a kitchenette: fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, no microwave. We had a washing machine too. We were a family of 9 and had 3 rooms (better called apartments) and they were very comfortable indeed. Staff went out of their way to help us when ordering food upon our arrival. Breakfast was included at the hotel and it was amazing. We all loved our stay. Highly recommend it. "

"Out of the 6 countries I have been to I was most uncomfortable here. I went to my room which was down long twisted hallways and men were yelling with doors open. Had room changed to different floor closer to elevator which helped. Loved the city!"

"The staff was super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. One thing to note, which is not on the hotel, is that the noise from outside did carry into the room, so earplugs are a good idea if you are a light sleeper. Luckily, the hotel has them at the desk! We would definitely consider staying here again!"
