"Very disappointing that the hot tub was broken and had not been used for weeks. There was no attempt to fix it. When we arrived the main light in our room didn’t work and the kettle was also broken. However the location of the Hotel was perfect. Very central, with lovely views of the harbour. The breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meals were great and included in the price."

"Great location on the water while also in the city center. Breakfast was also good with many choices of food and beverage. Always seemed full with guests which also meant that check in was not until mid to late afternoon as they noted on their site. "

"Modern budget hotel right in the centre of Tromso. Rooms are small but if bedding down is all you need.. perfect. No thrills, but all good for a few days. Clean and warm. Food and drink options available 24/7 in reception. Hotel is in a excellent location in the city centre with plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants including the Hard Rock all a few metres as way. Great for a base to explore Tromso especially if you want to try to save a few pounds in this beautiful but expensive city."

"This hotel is in a great spot in the middle of all the shops in Tromsø. There was a small parking deck under the hotel that we took advantage of. We were able to walk to all the sites in the downtown area. Polaria was a short walk which was very nice. We were able to see the seals which my wife loved. We did not take advantage of the restaurant or bar at the hotel, but we were surrounded by options a short walk away. We loved our stay here and would stay again."
