"My family and I recently ENJOYED a staycation at the resort. We travel frequently and typically stay in 3 to 5-star hotels, so we have a good frame of reference. However, I do have some concerns to share. First, we had difficulty finding the resort because the signage outside was inadequate. Our driver was following Google Maps, which unfortunately led us down a bumpy, scary road, but we made it safely in the end. "No hot water, even though I followed the receptionist's instructions. Water leaked from the tap in the wall and didn't come out of the shower. Soap dispenser was broken. On the positive side, the AC worked, the shuttle service was prompt and responsive and the staff were very nice and responsive. The early morning wake up call came on time."
