"Easy access from the airport, nice hospitality "

"Never got offer the breakfast. The a/c in the room kept shutting off every 30 minutes. Went 3 times to thelobby to ask to fix the problem and never got fix. Also I never got pick up from the airport and when I called them they said the shuttle is a minimum of 3 nights. Also I booked room with a balcony and I end up in regular room with no balcony or view with a messed up A/C. The only good thing was the rooftop bar with the best view of the pyramids. Will never recommend this place to stay."

"Highly recommend but makes sure you get the room you want. Expedia lists a private bath on one of their garden rooms, but it does not have the private bath. It must say private bath on the confirmation from the hotel."

"Poor management, broken things you find in your room or elsewhere, smells cigarette in the corridor and it can be cleaner. The people are very nice though. "
