The odd numbered rooms are next to the noisy train that runs multiple times a night. In hot weather you must chose between discomfort and hearing frequent trains clattering by.

The staff is what makes this property great; they were fantastic! Otherwise, unfortunately, during an extreme heat wave, the air-conditioning was broken the first night of check in and it was impossible to sleep. As well, I booked a double bed and a futon. In the futon was a very thin straw matt laid on the floor. Not what we expected for a sleeping option. Also, the bathroom is like a locker room. It is completely open to the bedroom. Not convenient for sharing a room. The view was great although there wasn’t much around to do, but again the staff for so wonderful they suggested restaurants and transportation options. I might come back if it was winter and I didn’t need two beds.

We loved the front desk guy, Tristen. He was so helpful and personable. We loved the restaurant there. We liked that it was convenient to get to the tram. The AC worked amazing, however, you can never take your key out of the wall/ light socket because it will trip the fuse, and you will have to call down every time to get your AC turned back on. So not very energy efficient. We thought the pictures of the room on the website were misleading. The room is literally a small concrete box with a pretty bed in the middle. The “queen” bed is two beds put together. The toilet is not in it’s own enclosed room, it’s in a makeshift shower stall with an opening at the top and bottom. And finally, just so you know, there is no TV. We didn’t mind that as much, as we are on vacation and doing sightseeing things, however, it’s nice to come to the room at the end of the day and just veg in front of tv and practice our French. We would recommend it, because they were accommodating and the AC rocked, however, be aware of the toilet and TV situation.

L'ambiance generale de l'hôtel est très "design", portrait géants de Frida Khalo, Jean Moulin, fanions tibétains, baby-foot geant, statut d'un cerf géant, vente de produits bios et sacs Patagonia...tout cela dans la salle proncipale et l'accueil ..bref, tout est dans une style très voir trop recherché...difficile d'y trouver de l'authenticité. Au niveau de la chambre, pas de cloison entre la partie nuit et la salle de bain (trop démodé certainement) et la porte des toilettes est entièrement vitrée (opaque quand meme) et ouverte en bas et en haut ...l'intimité ne doit plus être à la mode non plus.... Attention à la notion de chambre triple qui pour cette enseigne signifie un lit double et un tatami posé par terre, coincé entre le lit et la fenêtre (pour acceder au balcon ca devient compliqué). Il n'y a pas de penderie dans la chambre mais quelques cintres accrochés le longs des murs...ambiance grande lessive dans la chambre quand vous videz votre valise !

Hôtel super, petit trop cher

Une nuit de passage à Lyon, hôtel sympa deco sympa personnel au top par contre pas de télé dans les chambres. Une petite terrasse et la vue sur les quai de Saône Le resto était top avec un service au top Par contre le petit dej à 39€ c’est une belle arnaque. Les produits étaient bons mais de la a valoir ce prix là je ne suis pas sûr. Un percolateur en guise de cafetière, comme dans un b&b (la chaîne d’hôtel) Des cookies particulièrement secs. À mon avis ça vaut 20€ pas plus. J’ai déjà pris des petit dej continentaux dans des hôtels 4 étoiles qui étaient meilleurs pour moins cher.
