"Hot tub was very hot which was pleasant. Pool was warm. Cookies in the foyer. Breakfast was decent. Room on 5th floor had good cold A/C. Slept well. Conveniently located to food shops. Pleasant staff."

"Room was very nasty under/behind bed (lots of dust/dirt buildup with dead bugs) Clock had buzzing noise and I had to unplug it. TV remote control didn't work. The shower valve was bad and I couldn't adjust temperature (it was supper hot and couldn't get it cooler) Room had a bad cat urine smell (my daughter had the room next door and also had the smell and she says it was more like ammonia smell) No breakfast No one at front counter (kiosk for check in and check out)"

"Everything was Wonderful! Only downside is no outlets near beds or on bedside table to plug anything in. Husband uses Cpap machine and couldn’t use it. We didn’t know we had to bring an extension cord."
