"I LOVE this place- the room rates are affordable, the staff is friendly, there is a steak house on site… my favorite part is having access to the Marina Rec Center. "

"Breakfast was jimmy dean frozen breakfast on 2 mornings, 3rd was fresh cooked. Housekeeping was awful, let us run out of toilet paper, didn’t clean and collect garbage, basically not Marriott standards."

"The room was very clean, the coffee pot area had coffee, but no sugar, and cream there. Had to go to the front for that. The air works great!"

"The staff was kind!! Our room was dirty upon arrival. Grime on the sinks and walls. There were even some crumbs on the floor.. I'm thinking Doritos. House keeping did well to make our bed daily and refresh towels! But overall.. the side of the building we stayed on smelled either like vinegar or boiled eggs through the entirety of our stay. Lastly, a pipe must have busted on our last night because there was a mighty squealing noise that lasted through the wee hours of the morning until our check out time. Subtle, but noticeable. "

"Room was clean, however was disappointed ,if your stay is 5 nights room is cleaned every other day so no clean towels or coffee supply refills supplies. No breakfast or coffee provided in lobby, Starbucks is available and you can purchase limited microwaved food which is not edible, definitely eat Off Property!"

"The room as clean, there was dust under the bed, but who really moves those? They had long term tenants there, but they were very nice. The place was very quiet at night. I stayed with the whole family for four days, and I’d stay here again. If you need the bare bones basic hotel, with no frills or fluff, this is a good one. Very close to all the things we were doing on that side of town. Easy to get in and out. WiFi was good, kind of slow some times, but that wasn’t a big deal. Has laundry, vending machines, and coffee in the office in the mornings. Staff is friendly. Room wasn’t turned down until we left, which would have been nice on day 2, but that wasn’t a huge deal breaker"
