Outer areas of th hotel were very good (e.g. Reception, Lounge and Bar areas,Breakfast/Restaurant Room). However, I have now stayed in 3 different types of bedrooms and all 3 lack the same attention. The beds are poor. The bathrooms are small, with none of the sinks having plugs that allow water to sit in them for washing. The shower areas cause the whole of the bathrooms to become soaking wet. This even applied to the last room I stayed in, where the shower was over a bath, which was very dangerous to stand in as there was no non-slip map supplied and the bath became very slippery. In all 3 rooms that I have stayed in there were cracks appearing in the walls and in the last room there were deep scratches in the floor. I only stayed in this hotel for price, convenience and because it was for just 1 night. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody that wanted to stay for longer than 1 night.
Don't get the positive reviews. Couldn't get parked in the hotel.
Decor is bizarre and looks like it could be a rent by the hour kind of place.
Bedroom didn't have enough room to swing mouse let alone a cat. Pull down bed which was rock hard and had a big gap at the top.
So, so noisy. People shouting up and down the corridor to each other late at night. Then awoken by my neighbour taking a phone call at 5.30am. The walls are just too thin and sound travels really badly.
If you have a restful night in mind, find somewhere else to book

Quirky mostly good
Clean and comfortable enough. Rooms small but the fold up bed makes more room if you need it and is perfectly comfortable. Not too much airport noise.
Restaurant good.
Price excellent value.
Only issue is the car parking which is a shambles but likely to improve once building work is finished.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Stayed here many times, but my last visit was extremely noisy between waking me up at 02.30 and keeping there til about 05.00. Also bathrooms are starting to look dated.
Staff were polite and really helpful as always. Room was fine but absolutely no sound proofing, the guy next to me was on a business call and I heard everything. Nice hotel for the price
The bed was a pull down bed, the room was so small and not clean. Also when I had to ask for some coffee and milk the milk was off. Not great.

the hotel was really clean and tidy, staff was friendly and helpful, i didnt realise it was a pull down bed till we got there, gap at the top was quite big, wasnt really comfortable. its right by the flight path so very noisy, planes every 5 mins till about 23-30, then again about 5-45,
I love the view and customer service thank you very much for the good time
Mario I Believe that’s his name he was a wonderful customer service helpful with kind and caring
Thank you very much
1st impressions were great as we pulled up. Large brick house like hotel with a back extension. Off main road on a corner.

About a 15 min drive from Luton airport
Had to get an Uber from Luton airport £19 ($24 -the drivers have to pay for airport parking)
Receptionist was lovely and friendly walked us to our room.
This is a totally unique hotel for us in that the room is super small and only has a sofa which then has a Murphy bed that pulls out of the wall, my hubby freaked out at first but as it turned out - it works perfectly - sit in the room on the sofa then when it’s bed time - pull down the ready made bed and go to sleep.
The bed was super comfy, not like your usual uncomfortable sofa bed.
My hubby is 6’2 and his feet did dangle off the bed. I too had to scoot off the bed to get off it as has little room on the side to get out or off the bed.
Room Has a flat screen tv a kettle with coffee & tea.
For 1 person it’s ideal - for 2 staying over 1 or 2 nights it’s great.
The bathroom is tiny with a shower but really lovely (even has a bidet)
Super clean.
We were at the back of the hotel and the view of the garden which I imagine is one day going to be worked on as it was totally unkempt with shopping trolly in plain sight 😕
We had dinner at the restaurant (mainly Italian) and it was delicious.
The hotel has a bar.
We ordered a taxi for Airport return in the am and they have a deal with a company which only cost £10 ($13) fab u lous. Thank you, it just shows it’
This Hotel was very clean and the stall very friendly. My only issue was the folding Murphy Beds. Its a way of squeezing a double bed into a tiny room and the Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in.

We booked a standard double room. What we were given was a Room with a couch and a fold down double bed, which when folded down resulted in very little space as it folded down on top of the couch. Also the hot water was not working we were advised when we checked out and mentioned it. No apology. No real interest. This hotel now on my black list. Not sure I can trust the description anymore on your site. Room was number 24. Also rooms not sound proof from air plane noise.
Staff was excellent and dinner was great. The bed was uncomfortable and the walls seem to be paper thin which made it difficult to sleep. Not the fault of the hotel it was noisy people slamming doors.
Nice decor & restaurant was great , nice food & quick service.
Very surprised that the bed was a sofa bed and the room incredibly hot!
Staff commented that AC was to be installed in the future!
