"The apartment is okay at best. We were greeted with dirty dishes, dried-out flowers and no A/C during the heat wave. The host told us it was "clearly stated" in the listing that there is no A/C, but I checked it - there is just nothing said about it, so we were absolutely unprepared. And I have messaged the host three times, asking if they can provide at least a fan, but they just ignored my questions.
Also there were no extra trash bags or laundry detergent - so the short-term visitors are...
