Furnished with comfortable two 2-seater sofas, additional pouffes, and free-standing chairs, this area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, Lazer TV, and DVD player for guests' enjoyment. Adjacent to the living room is a combined dining and kitchen area, accessible from both the living room and entrance hall, creating a cohesive flow throughout the ground floor. An additional cozy TV sitting area is situated on the first floor for extra privacy and comfort.

Guests of Villa Gemstone will benefit from maid service twice a week, with bed linen changed every 7 days and towels once a week. Starting from 2024, maid service will be adjusted to once per week, including a change of towels, with linen changes every 7 days.
Villa Gemstone is ideally located off the 6th roundabout in Quinta do Lago, within walking distance to the lake and beach. The villa is currently available for long lettings (minimum of 3 days) and will soon also accommodate AL (short stays), making it a versatile choice for various types of getaways.
