From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were consistently impressed by the exceptional standard of service provided throughout the hotel. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, courteous, well-presented, and genuinely committed to ensuring that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. No request was ever too much trouble, and every interaction was handled with warmth, efficiency, and genuine care. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all members of your organisation, including management, front desk staff, valet attendants, the kitchen and culinary teams, waitstaff, and house keeping. Each department contributed significantly to creating a welcoming and seamless experience, and their collective efforts did not go unnoticed. It is clear that Mövenpick Hotel is an exceptionally well-managed and professionally operated establishment. The dedication, teamwork, and attention to detail demonstrated by your staff were evident throughout our stay. "I’ve stayed at Bay View Villas two years in row now, if I ever get back to Hobart I’ll definitely stay there again , it is so peaceful .. and we had a little wallaby visit us.. the whole experience was good , they provide everything you need , I highly recommend Bay view Villas"

"Amazing quiet location. Plenty of parking. Beautiful gardens. Breakfast was outstanding.room very generous side... little but out of hobart but only 5 min ride down the hill. Room we had didnt have the veiw of mt wellington but could view it from breakfast room..."
