"Charming pub with rooms in the courtyard. Each one had parking outside. Very spacious room with comfortable bed, smart tv and tea & coffee making facilities. Good size en suite with great shower. Towels provided along with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was made to order along with continental options. Staff friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay for just one night. We found the parking convenient and safe, although we did an extra circuit of the campus as the signposting in the last 150 metres wasn't clear. "Really nicely appointed hotel and very comfortable. There is plenty of parking You are offered a good choice for breakfast and it is very reasonable. Downside, it does not do evening meals so you have to make alternative arrangements. Fortunately there are quite a few pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Great that you can take your dog but they are not allowed in the large breakfast room and you are seated in the lounge on a sofa with a coffee table. Bizarrely the reason given is...

"Stayed here for 2 nights recently. House actually looked better than the photos. Lots of space with plenty of towels / cutlery / glasses / plates etc. lovely quiet street within walking distance of Loughborough. would 100% stay here again. I have removed one star as the thermostat on the shower could do with being checked. Unfortunately the only temperate was scalding hot which made it difficult to shower but I’m sure that’s an easy fix for the host. Thanks so much for the stay!"

"I live in the US and this is my second stay at the Three Swans. I like the fact it was an old coaching Inn … on booking I was not advised or asked if a room up a lot of steep stairs at the very top of the building would work for me…. I am 75 and it was hard work! The staff are generally helpful especially the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was excellent. The courtyard that runs alongside the building full of comfortable tables/chairs and many boxes of flowers is a delight. I love Market...
