"Fantastic hotel and great staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a little concerned when we saw the amount of construction around the location of the hotel but it didn’t really affect us at all . The reception staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The walk into Florence is around 35 minutes at a decent pace, thankfully there is a hotel shuttle that runs until early evening so if dining out past 8PM you’ll need a taxi at around €25 . You’ll need to download some taxi apps in advance as you can’t just grab one in the centre of Florence . Great Hotel and the guests are a good mix of really decent people."

"Beautiful modern hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool. Air conditioning and huge room. However, property was 30 minutes out of town requiring transportation. Hotel offered shuttle for 10 euros/person, but only ran at scheduled times ending at 8:45pm. Taxi were $30-40 per trip. Onsite bar also closed early. Recommend paying more to stay in town to avoid transportation costs. If want a shuttle from train station, must book ahead of time. We waited 75 minutes for a shuttle once we arrived at train station since we didn't know we had to reserve ahead of time."

"While everything was wonderful it was shame that our shower water was leaking out to the bathroom floor. Had to use extra towers to soak up the water. If we were staying more than a night, I would have ask to change the room. Other than that, staffs were wonderful, the dinner was delicious and the olive oil tasting experience was fun. Would highly recommend least two nights stay here. We wanted to extend our one night stay but the weather called for rain next day."
