Beautiful old castle. Massive room with kitchen and living area. AC only in bedroom but was good for sleeping. Lovely grounds. Nice wine as well. Location pretty good outside Greve Restaurant food was pretty good.

Service wasn’t great. Was supposed to get a bottle of wine included, didn’t receive until I asked about it. Beautiful property but grass needed cutting so sitting in all the chairs everywhere was itchy. Breakfast was good. “Honesty bar” was pricey. Coffee aside from 2 pods is also an extra. somebody tried to charge my room for their snacks. Shower is extremely high pressure, hurt my mom’s skin. Beautiful pool but not heated. Amazing views, really quiet. They do have great wine.

We had mixed feelings about our stay. The property and vineyard are beautiful, with fantastic Tuscan views. Our villa was spacious and private, the AC worked extremely well, and the semi-private pool was great with a small child. We booked through Expedia expecting more of a hotel/resort experience, but the villas operate as self-catering rentals. There was no daily housekeeping, fresh towels/linens, or replenishment of basics. We received three coffee pods and were directed to nearby grocery stores for additional provisions, so plan to stock up after arrival. We were surprised that villa guests could not use the main castle pool and were largely separate from the hotel areas. The four villas are in their own chain-link-fenced compound, which felt secluded from the otherwise beautiful property. Cleanliness could have been better: we found quite a bit of hair on arrival, and the shower flooded the bathroom with each use. We chose not to raise this during our stay. The pool itself is gorgeous, but the surrounding area felt unfinished, with loungers on gravel or long grass/weeds, few tables, and limited shade when multiple families were there. Overall, the villa has a lot going for it. Just arrive expecting a self-catering villa rather than the services and amenities of the hotel.

The property is perched on a mountain top with an amazing view of the vineyards. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a living room and our windows opened out to the vineyards. Definitely breathing taking! We got a free bottle of Rose upon check in which was fantastic! The property is well kept and has lots of gathering areas and chairs outside to relax from and enjoy the magnificent view. The breakfast which was included with the stay was okay. The property was about 10 mins drive away from the town which was very convenient. Villa Costanza Park and ride was only 25 minutes drive away which was convenient way to visit Firenze for a day if you're staying at the property. Great experience overall. Would definitely stay here again when I come back in Tuscany.
