There are two bikes available for guests to use. Free of cost!

* They are repairing the streets inside and outside Loreto Bay, it is estimated that it will take between 1-2 months or more. The small supermarkets within the neighborhood are closed for the same reason.
* They are expanding the federal highway that is very close to Loreto Bay to 4 lanes, so they are blowing up the mountain. This is done with no warnings and can cause a lot of noise. It is estimated that it will take 2-3 more months.
* All of the above also causes a lot of dust and dirt that falls directly into the units.
