"Excellent hotel, great location. My room had an incredible set-up & really good size. Staff were so helpful from checking in, to having a drink at the well stocked bar to ordering delicious food. There is a "snack" cafe & my morning iced coffee from there was 1 of the best I've had & I'm a coffeeholic. Will definitely be staying here again."

"Very clean room! We were in a triple premium with a queen on the bottom and twin on the top bunk. While it was definitely tight, it was extremely clean and comfortable. Good location to Farringdon station with plenty of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Great air conditioning which was nice with the high temperatures."

"We took a king-bed high-floor room, which was very nice, with a perfect view of the Tower of London. The room was what you’d expect from the Citizen M chain - white, bright, sleek, modern, everything controlled through a tablet. I’ve stayed at another one before so knew what to expect. The bed was super comfy, linens crisp, big fluffy towels, the mood lighting is fun. The downsides however are that the lights are operated through the tablet so you need 2 taps at least to get a light on to go to the loo in the middle of the night. There are also no glasses or cups - so nothing to put your toothbrush in or fill up for some water. Crucially, there are also not enough powerpoints (only 2 in the room for the 3-point UK plug) which does not fit in with the super-modern, tech-friendly vibe of the hotel and room. The lack of glasses is astounding given this would take up no space and would not make the place look cluttered. We sorely missed the kettle and free tea and coffee. If you’re here for more than one night and also sharing the room, these are the things you will miss that would make the stay far comfier and perhaps return. The shower/toilet room was fine but I think starting to look tired (hard to keep white floors pristine). On the whole, I love the concept of Citizen M but, after so many years in operation, maybe it’s time for a few tweaks (responding to the feedback of their guests perhaps?) to improve the entire experience and stay ahead of competitors."

"Bed was comfortable. Pillows were flat. Bedding, bath, toilet and sink were clean. Carpet was sticky and there were lots of dust and webs in every corner. TV was huge (which was great for the England game!) Air con was BRILLIANT! was 30 degrees when we visited so this was an added bonus! Location was great for where we needed to be. We used the uber boat and the shuttle boat a few times (shuttle free if you show them hotel booking). Breakfast was poor. No bacon, mushrooms or tomatoes. Staff on the desk when checking in were rude, sharp and seemed like they really didn't want to be there. All in all, the size of the TV and the aircon was worth every penny! we were only here for one night so didn't feel any need to complain or moan."
