"This hotel is a hidden gem. It was clean, offered great breakfast, is an easy location off the interstate, and had a great staff. We highly recommend!"

"Nice hotel but way too crowded. Our room smelled musty or even like cigarettes and they tried to cover it up but the more we were in the room it smelled if urine. Our toilet ran and ran for a long no time every time you flushed before it shut off. Because it was so crowded with families we could not access the pool or Jacuzzi. At happy hour many of the families brought their own beer and drinks and took up most of the dining area and never left and the kids were make ng a mess and just hanging out at the tables in their wet bathing suits and would let other people sit there to eat and enjoy a drink."

"Pool was great, big and room enough to not get splashed by all the kids in there. That's where the good stuff ended. Room was out of Shampoo, didn't smell clean, it was cold and heat was on full blast, curtains didn't close all the way so it was bright all night long. Several girls basketball teams were there so breakfast was like fighting the heard to get something to eat. Hallways were full of shouting until late into the night and parents were drinking into the night in the Commons with Vodka bottles and cigarette packs left on the tables when I went out in the morning. Hallways were missing trim on the walls and staff was anything but helpfully. Seemed like there were clocking in and waiting to clock out. I reread the good reviews when we got home and wondered if we stayed in the same hotel?!"

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The gentleman at the front desk asked me for proof and documentation for my service animal. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, hotels are not allowed to request documentation for a service animal. When I attempted to show him information explaining that it’s illegal to ask for that, he refused to even look at it. On top of that, my card was manually charged twice for one night. The entire interaction felt unprofessional and concerning. Because of this experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel."

"Asked multiple times to get room cleaned and it never happened in a 3 night 4 day stay, had to call for towels. Pitt bosses are rude, rules are so strict it makes gambling no fun.. staff and dealers were nice for the most part but for what they charge on a room in a casino and not to clean it once is a little insane.. The gym is also pathetic for a resort. "
