Basic but comfortable although my room was very warm, although it was 24 degrees outside. I had to prop open the sash window as it would sometimes close itself and when I tried using the ceiling fan the whole thing shook and looked like it was about to fall off ,so I switched that off. Aside from that staff were friendly, room was dated but clean and breakfast was good.

The hotel service is fine, staffs are friendly and helpful. Wifi is somehow not stable. They better strengthen the wifi signal rather than ask people not to download big files. I think it won't cost too much.

This hotel should close: heating (if it works) is right next to the headboard of the bed, shower is 70x70 cm, bathroom is 100x70 cm including sink, mattress is worn down to the metal, catastrophic! You can hear every little step from the resident above you, breakfast is terrible, only dry rolls, butter, packaged canned jam, thin coffee. Room very cold because unheated, simple glass pane as a window. Never again!

Goed en rustig hotel; prijs/kwaliteit in orde. Tijdens mijn verblijf werd de lift vernieuwd; dus via de trap naar de 5de verdieping; minder leuk natuurlijk, maar dat is slechts een tijdelijke situatie

Beliggenheten ved Hyde Park ,kort vei til undergrunnen , i Queensway kan du handle ting du trenger på rommet , flere spisesteder ,minibank , puber hvor de har god mat og som viser fotball på storskjerm. Hotellet ligger i en stille sidegate. Hotellet hadde hyggelige ansatte , rommene var rene og ikke minst store i forhold til mange andre hotell jeg har vært på.

室内の設備は良好で問題なし。一時的な問題だと思うがエレベーターが故障していた。滞在した7泊目にも直らず、3階から階段でスーツケースを下ろさねばならなかった。 セントラルラインのクィーンズウエイ駅とサイクルラインのベイズウォーター駅が近くにあって便利。 ケンジントン公園とハイドパークがそばにあるのは大きな魅力。

Fin beliggenhed. Meget spartansk, inkl morgenmaden..ingen service der ud over det sædvanlige, tror ikke morgenmadspersonen kunne engelsk og sagde jo nok derfor heller ikke godmorgen.. Gammel brygning med gamle knirkende gulve, så man kan let komme op om morgenen når dem ovenover står tidligt op! Ellers fint hotel med som sagt en fin beliggenhed

Det ligger rigtig fint. Nem indtjekning og venligt personale i receptionen. Det er god nattero og det føles trygt at gå rundt. Det er meget meget nemt at gå til Oxford street- det tager ca 25 min. Nemt at gå fra Underground. Vi boede på et forholdsvis stort værelse med tilsvarende stort badeværelse. Morgenmaden var dog ekstremt skrabet. Tror aldrig jeg har set så dårligt et udvalg. Hotellet er generelt noget slidt men funktionelt. Vi ville dog ønske man kunne købe en øl, en kop kaffe eller lign.

Great transport links

Used tesco vouchers so paid very little solo trip for theatre so didnt spend much time in there but it was clean staff very nice and the breakfast was a added bonus room was clean bed bit hard shower small and could of done with somewhere to put your shower gel ect oh there was a fridge in a hidden cupboard tv signal wasnt great but i didnt really watch it Overall the room and breakfast room where a bit chilly But id stay again if the price was good Excellent transport links tube and bus

The location was amazing. The hotel was on the older side so it had fewer amenities, like air conditioning. Our chargers blew the breakers but management worked on the problem. After spending one night there we decided it would be best for us to move. The management worked with us to resolve the issues to our great satisfaction. The management was amazing. This review supersedes an earlier one, when after talking to representatives at Expedia, I thought all hope was lost.

Noisy, not a positive experience

Troy was an extremely disappointing hotel. The noise emanated from both inside and outside the hotel. My wife and I could barely sleep. The breakfast was substandard as they only served stale croissants, and cold cereals. The shower was excellent and probably the best part of the entire stay. The front desk assistance were nice enough. I don’t often leave negative reviews but this was not a comfortable place to stay.

I've stayed in the neighborhood and like the area but this was my favorite hotel. The room was not huge but adequate for two people. The breakfast was good and the staff helpful.
