The staff is friendly, but the property lies about the rooms, pictures are way different than reality, ours was very small we could barely fit our luggage let alone walking inside of it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms do need more amenities like an iron and an ironing board, my room was missing soaps and shampoo, good thing I had my own. The location is easily accessible by London transit and is close to restaurants on Queensway street.

Stayed here for one night while visiting London with my friends. Staff went above and beyond and we had a great experience staying here. Rooms were clean and spacious and location was great. Only thing I would mention would be that rooms did get a little warm, but nothing unbearable as the weather allowed for it. But had a good experience, would stay here again!

Very dated. Leaking tap/ sink in bathroom. No kettle/ drink facility in room. No breakfast facility AS ADVERTISED !! AWFUL !!!

Rooms were clean and well presented (although personally as two girls could’ve done with a full length mirror). Reception was clean and the man working was amazing. Truly made the experience he was so lovely and friendly and definitely makes us want to return. Rooms are on the smaller size but a great base for exploring and can’t fault with the price at all. Would definitely recommend

The worst service i ever had , there is a guys he smells really bad and relay disrespect full with us he locked us in the hotel asked us for 60€ for being late in the check out 1:35 min after that he told us give me 20€ I will get you out ! I will never come near that please again

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and its central location was a great advantage for someone like me staying for a short time. However, the shower could use a few more shelves, and the water flow was very weak; there seemed to be a problem with the pressure, so I couldn't shower comfortably.

Poor security, sewage backup This is a very small apartment hotel offering. We arrived early to drop our bags and the storage room was just a pile of bags and there was no system for ensuring that individual bags were secure. The room was not locked and guests were allowed to enter and take their bags without verification. A major sewer backup event occurred late at night that affected three adjacent rooms with raw sewage backing up with rising levels in the tub and toilet of each room. Hotel personnel attempted to pour chemicals and use a plunger to resolve, and called outside maintenance; none of this addressed the problem. The hotel had no available alternative rooms and the hotel did not offer a refund. There seemed to be an inadequate recognition of the public health hazard presented by the situation. Each of the room occupants then needed to find alternative lodging after midnight. I could not in good conscience recommend this hotel to others due to poor security, maintenance, and customer service problems.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However the room itself was not at all as shown online. Very misleading as the windowpane paint was pealing badly, there were marks:scratches all over the walls. The shower head wasn’t even attached anymore, the sink had a crack in it, the shower liner was very cheap and flimsy. The room smelled stuffy and like bleach. Even with the windows open all day the smell didn’t go away. I saw a bug on the curtain. When I asked if there was another room as the pictures don’t match I was told no and that was after changes. I found it strange to see the room basically was downgraded and in a worser condition than the pictures on the bookings. I did like the WiFi worked and the location is good. Even with good/helpful staff the room itself wasn’t good

Room had a very strong chemical smell, especially in the bathroom. As for staff they were very friendly, but we were told that there would be no housekeeping. However, the cleaning staff came three times to knock at our door before 11am during our stay. I asked twice to not have my room serviced (no ‘do not disturb’ handle), but they came anyway. Not having a safe in the room, I wasn’t very comfortable with having a stranger in my room during my stay.

I didn’t feel comfortable staying in here the entire time. The room was barely acceptable, given the price. However, I suspect they didn’t change the pillow sheet, because it stank terribly. The staff were a bit reluctant to my requests. The hotel lacked air conditioning, one could easily tell the room stank. If I were to choose again, I would have chosen any other hotel. This one was probably the worse ever I have gotten myself into. Please avoid at all cost. Sorry!

I booked this about a month before our trip as it was a great price, but then noticed some not so positive reviews. However, I think this are completely unfair. This is a budget hotel in a FANTASTIC area of London. Safe and convenient, you don’t even need to leave to have a good time. And if you want to go to central you and Queensway and Bayswater to get you there - amazing! There isn’t anything in way of amenities except for soaps in the room. But we only needed somewhere to sleep at night and this was perfect. My only negatives were no AC or fans during the heat wave 😅 the mattress was extremely hard, however we ended up sleeping really well. There could also be a smell from the bathroom in the evening, but just seemed to be a sitting water smell. Staff were all friendly and rooms were tidied every morning. Very happy with this stay and would recommend if you’re looking for an affordable/convenient place in London.
