The staff was friendly, the complex was clean, the room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Air conditioning was great! I love the fact that the rooms had some outlets that were standard to American power plugs (Type A) .

The room was very clean. The staff is beyond helpful and wonderful. Of course I did not get any of breakfast because I’m in London there was a lot of places to explore, but for the most part the stay was beyond great. I think location was great and very resourceful specially to navigate using public transportation was super easy.

Cute boutique hotel near Heathrow, convenient for a short stay. The breakfast was tasty, which was a highlight. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner, particularly the toilet bowl, which did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly after the previous guest. The on-site restaurant also closes at 4:00 p.m , so there aren’t any dining options available at the hotel in the evening. Overall, the stay was just okay.

Warning: don’t take the room #204, the corners of the bed will scratch or hurt your legs for sure. the bed set is designed in an absolutely unsafe way ! It hurts seriously my legs more than twice when I was walking closer to the bed . The room is clean and big, the staffs are helpful.

Myself and my friend Jennifer Rose stay here for 2 nights to attend our school friend Temple Blessing and Birthday Party Celebration event..Check in was smooth, beautiful little Boutique Hotel Very Clean and attentive staff made our 2 night stay very pleasurable great transport connection links with local buses from Hayes and Harlington Station to Rosemay Hotel.I will definitely stay here again if im travelling to Heathrow Airport and will definitely recommend this beautiful cute hotel to friends & Family Thanks Delores
