Spotlessly clean and new.
Beds comfy snd mega large Tv along with coffee/tea facilities.
Area was nice and quiet with lovely walks.
Not far from lots shops and eateries.
All in all a great stay with nice staff.
The location was pretty great. It had lots of food options and stores at walking distance. It also has a few tube stations that are very convenient. The room was small but we knew this was the case so we were prepared for it. It did had a weird layout because it had a fire door separating the bedroom from the bathroom and it made the already small space more awkward but we made it work. Although we never used it, it had the option of daily breakfast for a fee which is convenient. The room was clean and the air conditioner was a portable unit that also took space in the room but it kept it cool. We had a good space and the location beat everything else.
Great staff, clean, has elevator, food nearby. Great place to stay. Nice and quiet

This was a fantastic place to stay in London. It was within walking distance from everything we wanted to visit. The staff made this visit perfect. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I would recommend it to anyone.
Very helpful, pleasant staff. Twin room was small but comfortable. Excellent shower room. Very quiet and peaceful location but very close to lots of wonderful amenities and tube station.
Hotel is in a good location and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were small so with 2 people and suitcases, there was not much space to move around. The beds were hard, pillows thin, and no top sheet, just a comforter. I probably got what I payed for but it would probably be worth it to pay more for space and comfort.
Pleasant stay. Great service. Refurbished hotel. The double room I had did not have adequate means to work as I was on a business trip but overall the room was comfortable, warm (despite it being freezing outside) the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend for the price paid and stay again.
Really lovely welcome, lovely room with a/c, good location within easy walking distance to two tube stations. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Good value.
Our Reem Hotel room was very clean. Staff was helpful as we dropped off our luggage as we arrived before 2:00 check in time. Location was safe and quiet, it was a 12 minute walk to Portabello Market.
I had a mixed experience during my three‑night stay. The room was very small and, unfortunately, had a terrible smell from the moment I walked in. I couldn’t figure out the source — maybe stagnant water from the air conditioning system — but the odor was so unpleasant that I had to keep the AC running constantly just to make the room bearable.
On the positive side, the staff were very kind and the location is extremely convenient.
Still, because of the persistent smell, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very convinient location and clean room. Very polite staff. Only downside was the small size of the room. However, we spent most of our day outside so was a good fit for what we wre looking for. Would stay again.
Good value for the price.
Well kept
Friendly staff
Small rooms
No separate area to store bags if checking in early.

Lovely recently renovated hotel. Great location, quiet and only about 5 mins walk from Bayswater tube station. Reception were friendly and efficient
Rooms clean and well decorated with large comfortable bed. Rooms themselves are not large so if you have many large suitcases you will struggle for space. However, rooms are lovely with tea and coffee making facilities. Bathrooms small but large shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. There is a lift which is great. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent room, like new, comfortable, clean with air con. Great bathroom and shower albeit a bit tight getting on and out.
Staff on reception very pleasant and helpful
Great value stay
Only issue I had is the walls seem very thin. Could hear conversations clearly from adjoining rooms and the floor boards upstairs creak a lot and you can also hear all their conversations. So sleep was interrupted as they were going into about 1am and started talking and making noise again about 6am.
Would still stay again but would request a top floor
This property is newly renovated. The staff go out of their way to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. I was in a room in the basement level, which I hesitated at first, but it was very secure and quiet. Great hotel in an area close to Notting Hill, the Quensway and Westbourne Grove. Close to subway (Notting Hill Gate) and (Bayswater) and bus routes. Very easy to get around. Right near Kensington Palace and gardens.
