Room was lovely but the stand out for me was the honest and genuine welcome I received from the check-in staff. They were so lovely, helpful and friendly it made a huge difference to how I now see this chain of hotels. The hotel was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Location is excellent too.

Breakfast staff in dining room were ever so polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Hotel close to warren st station which was handy to get around everywhere. Nice location and lots of local eateries.

Great place to stay.
Everything about this hotel was very good. Great location, very good buffet breakfast, room was clean, tidy and comfy and all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Clean, functional rooms, very lovely staff, loved the food, next to the tube station. Extra thank you to our server Lipaksha. We had a great time and it was extra special since we were spending Christmas away from home.
