Slight issue in the room but it was quickly resolved. The staff were amazing and couldn't have been more helpful. To have parking on site was great and saved a lot of hassle. Would definitely stay again.

Good location; easy car parking at the hotel included, excellent breakfast - great choice, and you could fill up for the day. No A/C but fan provided; noisy road if you open a window. OK shower-in-a-bath, but rather narrow. Will probably stay again.

We chose the Quality Inn in Hampstead for a Wembley Stadium concert, specifically needing free parking and easy transport links after travelling a long way. The Good: Location & Transport: Outstanding access to Wembley via the Jubilee line, making the journey back and forth hassle-free. Parking: Free parking on-site is a massive bonus for London. Service: Staff were friendly. Areas for Improvement: Room Condition: The hotel is very dated and felt a bit grubby around the fixtures and fittings (though the sheets and towels were clean). The room and bathroom were tiny, and the carpet really needed a thorough vacuuming. Amenities: No AC (just a portable fan), very limited tea/coffee supplies, and a very basic breakfast featuring re-heated frozen items despite reviews claiming "it has a top rated breakfast". It looks like when a concert is on, pricing across London is steep, and at £200 for the night, it felt very high for the quality provided. That said, as the cheapest option with parking for a one-night concert stay, it served its purpose. Just set your expectations accordingly - it’s a functional bed for the night with parking, that is it!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Sauberes und sehr gut gepflegtes Hotel. Super freundliches und motiviertes Team an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum. Der Frühstücksraum war sauber, Tische wurden sofort abgeräumt und geputzt. Das Buffet umgehend aufgefüllt wenn etwas knapp war. Wirklich exzellente Erfahrung! Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Room was average, bed good, bathroom very good. Noisy because my room overlooked the car park. The No fridge in the room - important in the high summer heat. No air-con, but a fan was provided (essential to be able to sleep in the stuffy room). The curtains do not exclude light properly, so an eye-mask is essential unless you want to wake up at dawn. Breakfast poor, I skipped it altogether the last day. No restaurant but there was a bar in the lobby. The receptionist was friendly enough, but other staff were downright hostile. I did not feel welcome. Not good value for money.

A good hotel to stay at, it’s very clean, room was lovely, as was the bathroom, nice to be able to have a bath. Plenty of hot water too. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Great to have the parking availability. This hotel is in a great location, close to bus/underground/overground train routes. Plenty of good restaurants/cafes in walking distance, plus Sainsburys and Aldi really close. Would definitely recommend, and will stay here again. The
