The facilities were very clean. Very close to the train station, walking distance. The hotel staff was very helpful. The room was pretty noisy at night.

Easy location for Euston. A little expensive for the quality of the hotel
Bathroom fan is permanently on and too noisy to allow any sleep. Also extremely stingy with amenities. Not enough towels for 2 people. No facial tissue or conditioner. Barely any toilet paper. Super overpriced.

The room was facing the road and therefore faced noise issues. The room also felt a bit dated and needs uplift. The bed was quite narrow for 2 people.

The air conditioner did not work and the windows opened out which did not allow much air in. Also was loud with the windows open as foot and vehicle traffic is loud most of the night. Very busy area. Also I paid through Travelocity and the hotel charged my card as well. Currently trying to resolve that situation.

Terrible, booked cis expedia, they said they dont have the funds, took around an hour to get it sorted. Then got woken up 4 or even 5 times by fire alarm, then a person just entered our room, it was a maintenence guy. My wife and i were half naked, the radiator squeaked and woke my wife. It was horrid. Sorry but never again

Excellent convenience, it is a little confusing as there are 2 premier inn properties on Euston road and I stayed in the one closer to Euston St station. Very convenient location. Make sure to walk back through Duke Street for more neighbourhood style convenience stores and pubs away from Euston road. Breakfast was very busy but mostly business travellers so people ate quickly on their way. I witnessed an episode at breakfast where a guest said her handbag went missing from her breakfast table so we always need to be wary in busy precincts. I found the dinner to be disappointing, and without the convenience of being able to charge back to the room ( very convenient for travellers like me on a tight business budget) it’s probably worth venturing into the Bloomsbury neighbourhood if possible for you. Staff very attentive and helpful, it seems to really be well geared for business travellers on small budgets. Room size and bathroom size very generous compared to some more modern properties at a similar price point. There was no fridge and I can’t recall whether you could order one. Double glazed windows permitted some window opening, which with a room at the back of the property, I found it refreshing to let a little fresh air in to circulate. Laundries close by in the neighbourhood as I never discovered if there was one in the premises . I would book again.
