Great location and good service. We loved the idea of having this wonderful hotel so close to Hyde Park. We enjoyed walking to different places around there, very safe, and good sidewalks. Lots of interesting eating options close by and the Paddington station is so easy to access. Perfect!

Great location in a quiet safe area with great transport links. Close to Hyde Park and Oxford Street. Lovely staff, nice hotel. Only downside was the room was very hot (although a fan was provided).

The staff at reception was very helpful and assisting at all times, rooms clean and well maintained, good value for money, close to tube stations, many places to eat close by which stay open late, in-house restaurant serving good breakfast at reasonable cost.
