Well located for visiting Royal Albert Hall, Natural History Museum, Science Centre and V&A Museum. Also close to Hyde Park. Perfect for our visit. Staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and go back
I had a very pleasant stay. Check-in was quick and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful from the start. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Everything I needed was there, and the location made it easy to get where I needed to go.
I would absolutely stay here again.

Room was ready when we arrived to drop bags off, so got in 1 hour early. Room on top floor was perfect for 2 travellers, clean and well stocked. Was good to be able to cast to the TV. Staff throughout were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast had a good selection & was easy to access. Hotel located close to tube station & on doorstep of Hyde Park, RAH & museums.
super location for the royal albert hall and kensington palace
I had a great couple of nights' rest, and appreciated that cleaning was offered and a bottle of water brought to the room
Excellent location just a few blocks from Gloucester Road tube station with 3 lines to get around to everywhere. Many great breakfast places around the neighborhood to choose from in the morning. Only issue was lack of AC during the unusually sweltering 2026 summer in London, but a fan made it manageable.
Great location and in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Walkable neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants, groceries and museums. Staff were friendly and readily stored our luggage as we arrived early. The small lounge area was a pleasant comfortable place to sit in. The hotel provided fans due to the heat. The room was small, but we have come to expect that in London. Would definitely stay here again .
The hotel is also only a few minutes’ walk from Gloucester Road Underground Station, making it easy to reach attractions such as Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Tower of London, and the London Eye.
Enchanting place. Room was small by my standards, but comfortable enough and well supplied with everything needed.
Breakfast was incredible, though very pricey.
Excellent location for getting about either by foot or tube. lovely staff who are so helpful.
Breakfast lovely choice. Some air conditioning in communal areas room had 2 fans which was appreciated
I loved the location and the charm of the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. I would have liked to have had a steamer or iron in my room as well as AC. It was very warm in London during my stay so no AC made for uncomfortable nights.
What a wonderful property with excellent staff. Kaushik was exceptional and took great care of us!
Stayed 2 nights in Apr 2026

Liked: Staff & service
The cleanliness of our room, on the fifth floor, was okay, though decor, furniture and fixings a bit ‘tired’. On entering room we noticed a couple of flies buzzing around bit disconcerting on a cool mid October day. Maybe they flew in through the window that was left open? The room itself was rather small and the narrow high windows made it feel smaller. The large double bed meant you had around 1.5 ft gap to navigate around the foot to get to the only side with a bedside table (no room on the other side as there was a narrow ‘desk’ arrangement in the way. The bathroom was tight to say the least, with a very small shower that I could hardly turn in or lift my arms in without hitting the wall or door - I’m slim, 5’9” and around 10st10lb! - this was described as a ‘superior’ room?
Tea &coffee facilities were in a box type cupboard hung eye level on the wall (bit weird, but that could be me) Overall the room was underwhelming.
A more positive side was that the breakfast was good with lots to offer in a large bright room, and the staff overall were friendly and welcoming.
