"The room was clean and spacious. The hall outside the bedrooms and the elevator were quite messy and needed hoovering/ cleaning. Friendly staff and good selection of the continental breakfast"
"Lovely and clean , helpful staff . There was no hot water in the room , the shower was impossible to regulate with the controls . There was also no plug for the bath . We were only staying for one night and were tired on the day so did not raise these issues . Nice sized room as a family room with tea, coffee well stocked . Toiletries also supplied ."
"We were really happy with the staff,they are super helpful. The reception staff,dining room even the cleaners are bright and willing to help in any way. They always have time to sort a query large or small.

"We’ve stayed here four times so far. The location is good- just a 10 min walk to Llandudno beach. We stay in a family room, which is a great size and very comfortable. Breakfast served in the morning is always good. We will be back next year!"
