The hotel was clean, centrally located, and the people who worked there were helpful. The problem I have is that I chose this hotel because it was advertised as having a 24/7 reception, which I needed as I was arriving late and leaving early. The room had a broken ironing board and no iron, and I was unable to get replacements as there was no reception in the morning. The lights and plugs were unplugged, I had to shift the bed the find the cables and plug them in myself.

There are 2 liverpool inn hotels on the same street. The big hotel is closed the public. The small hotel is 3 star at best but is very well located

Ideally located, decent price great customer service. Karaoke bar next door so if you like karaoke you’re all good. En-suite could do with a bit of an upgrade but adequate for what you need.

Lovely friendly little hotel right in the heart of town. I think the only downside was the noise from other rooms and the corridor was a little intrusive. Nothing out of order just possibly an older building not being soundproofed. That said I'd happily stay here again.

The hotel is in great location for bars, restaurants and shopping plus the bus stop is just a couple of minutes walk. We stayed one night, arrived later in the evening and had a warm welcome on check in and shown to our room. The room is basic but clean and has everything you need, it lacks a bit of a feminine touch maybe - a bedside table, lamp and a full length mirror would be great but there is a hairdryer, iron and kettle which is very helpful. Beds were comfy, shower was decent and we were able to leave our bags when we checked out. There is 2 flights of stairs so be aware of that as I didn't see a lift. For the price we paid it couldn't be faulted and we would stay again.

Literally 2 minutes walk from Lime St Station and less than 10 from the O2 Academy. Comfy beds and exactly what we needed for an overnight stay to see a gig. It’s not particularly romantic or luxurious, but the price reflects that.
