It is a cute place with a good view of the lake. However it was not recently cleaned, and you could tell. It needed a light dust/cleaning; I found 3 dead roaches and animal food on the floor after swept twice. I also found dust on and in the coffee maker so I had to rinse it all out and clean it ...
