"Nice quiet reasonably priced stay."

"Very quiet, peaceful property, but within 20 min of anything you could need. Groceries, Walgreen’s, etc. We even found a fantastic butcher shop to buy steaks for dinner on the grill. The only downfall was the placement of the TV’s in the LR and MBR. Because I was staying here with a friend, it was hard for us to watch both tv’s at the same time, because of the overlapping noise. (It was only a problem at bedtime) But a quick flip of the furniture in the LR could solve this problem. Otherwise, it was a great stay. Large shower, and walk in closet in the master, as well as a soaker tub. Fully stocked kitchen. Essentials in the fridge, all the basic spices, and everything you need for cooking. There is also a complete set of dishes, utensils and silverware. Another nice surprise was the washer/dryer. Our host was very accommodating. We arrived in the area earlier than expected, and before check in time. We asked about an earlier check in, and they made it happen. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The waffles didn't cook through, choices were very minimal the beds were very uncomfortable and the whole placed had an odor."

"I didn’t get up in time for breakfast sadly. But it was a beautiful place with amazing rooms. My ol lady and my toddler loved it. "

"Doug is the man the property is beautiful very quiet and relaxing. The pond was a blast alot of bluegill and bass. The facility was clean and very nice it looked like you stepped into Tennessee. Everything was provided for a good time fire wood, grill, picnic tables, food and drinking utensils, even food for the fish. I would recommend this place mostly because of Doug he is a very down to earth host very friendly and he left you do what you wanted. 10/10 "

"Had to switch rooms because the HVAC did not work. Alarm clock hard to see the digits. No facial tissues, which is rare for a hotel. Bathroom light comes on when you walk in the door, which is bad in the middle of the night. Staff quite helpful."
