"The best and only hotel we will stay at when visiting in Madisonville. The location is central with easy access. Breakfast bar was one of the best I’ve seen. Great overall experience."

"A perfectly fine hotel for this type, my only complaint was that the room smelled strongly like acrid cherry candy— so strongly that we began to get bad headaches, even after we opened the window to try and air the room out. We discovered a urinal cake sized "air freshener" hidden in the vent and after we removed that, the room was fine. I do not understand why hotel owners do things like this that undermine what would otherwise be decent hotel experience. Basic breakfast."

"Room was huge , clean and comfortable"

"The room looked like it had been cleaned in a hurry. Hair still in bathtub, half a pill on floor under desk and there were dead bedbugs on the inside sheet. We didn't see the bedbugs until we were leaving. They had changed the bedding the day before. The person at the counter during the day was super nice. She had told us they were remodeling. It certainly needed it. Could not swim the indoor pool was way to cold. Should think about putting in some heat. Overall, don't think we will spend...

"The room was clean and the view was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond for our entire family. We were attending a family reunion so it was over 100 of us. Breakfast was great and we loved the restaurant as well! The staff made our experience so great!"

"The tv has a ton of channels to watch but the remote control was impossible to use. I’ve never seen a remote that I couldn’t figure out. I could not find and use the channel guide. Definitely a generic replacement to the tv’s original remote. The room was nice and clean and comfortable."

"Great!"

"The breakfast was VERY poorly managed. They didn't restock items as they ran out. No plates, no glasses, and at one point we took it upon ourselves to get in the storage cabinet below to retrieve creamer for our coffee. When we did that, the front desk person just glared at us like we were doing something wrong and asked very snarkily if there's something they could help us with. Then they charged us an incidental fee when we arrived of $50 which is is normal, but when the transaction updated,...

"Absolutely loved it! I was staying there one night by myself. I’m always hesitant traveling alone as a young female but I felt so incredibly safe in this hotel!! Will definitely return someday!"
