Lack of floor mat in bathroom, no wash cloth provided, did not remove trash from room each day, one tiny bar of bar soap per day not adequate. Breakfast was good and served promptly after arriving each morning. Staff was very helpful in arranging taxi service, but English speaking skills was very limited. Shopping opportunities near hotel hard to find.

J'ai payé avec un 100 us et il navait pas de change et me doive 40 usd. Pas moyen de leur parler par whats app. De fil en aiguille nous avons discuté de payé en sol et avons prit la clé mais n,avons jamais recu l'argent payé en trop. Nous étions arrivé de cusco par avion et depuis 9h30 nous étions a l'aéroport de cusco avec du retard et du stress nous sommes arrivés a 17h30 tres fatigués et nous avons oublié de demandé le change, elle n,en avait pas ....jamais été remboursé

El hotel está en muy buenas condiciones. Las habitaciones muy limpias, el servicio de todo el personal excelente, está en una zona que se puede caminar y comprar comida o artículos comestibles etc. Estoy más que complacida con todo y con todos.
