"Excelent pool, room AND staff... Poor food"

"Rooms very small, two towels when booked for four, only two balcony chairs, had to fix toilet twice, shower virtually none existent water pressure eventually gets hot then scalds you then goes freezing. Breakfast is bareable, place is quite run down in parts restaurants are expensive for what you get and lack any kind of atmosphere especially le jaguar."

While the housekeeping could have been better—there were a few inconsistencies with room cleanliness, mainly our bathroom & shower walls and restocking the in-room coffee with pods. What truly stood out was the Star Class butler/concierge service. Henry, our butler, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of—from reservations to special requests—and was always attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind. His level of service really elevated our entire trip and made us feel taken care of every step of the way. The resort itself is nice and friendly staff, good food options, and a fun atmosphere. "This is a 10/10 hotel. The staff is beyond kind and goes out their way to help. The reception spoke perfect English and went above and beyond to help me after a mix up of dates. Upon arrival- I was very impressed with the room size and decor. I have been to many 5 star hotel and the room size, comfort and quality was below this hotel. The rooms are huge with high ceiling and good AC. The shower pressure was the best throughout the hotels I have stayed in Costa Rica and the hot water worked well. Do not let the cheap price fool you. This is a 5 star hotel for its comfort and best of all its 10 mins away from the international airport. "
