"Clean and affordable - was a bit nicer than I expected for a motel. No desk, so I worked at the Starbucks just up the road. Overall, very convenient and inexpensive. Also, quiet!"

"The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. All of the staff were wicked friendly."

"Great clean place to stay within walking distance of Moda Center"

"The bed sits up very high. It felt like Princess and the Pea. Room is appointed nicely and offers (pricey) higher-end snacks and drink selections. I was at a work conference hosted at the hotel across the street and this location was perfect. It gave me an opportunity to break away from all the conference action and offered a bit more privacy. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Great stay! The house is well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location easy walking to charming restaurants and interesting shops. LOVED the extensive breakfast options. Friendly neighborhood."

"The air-conditioning unit put out a horrible smell. Like an old mildewing rancid smell when turned on. I could open the window about 2 inches (which I understand for safety purposes) but it did not alleviate the heat in the room. Plus at night the fans for the building were right underneath my window so it was loud. The front desk person was able to get a free standing fan, which helped, so I was appreciative of that. "the location was great! staff was helpful! unfortunately if you stay in a shared room and you are put on the top bunk, you get no privacy! while the bottom bunk does, so keep that in mind. when I usually stay in hostels, there is a kitchen or at least a shared space for the people staying at the hostel, kex does not have one. they do have a restaurant that is open to everyone which is nice but there were times where it wasn’t very convenient for me. overall nice stay for one night!"

"Location"

"Everything was great. The only thing we were surprised by that they only offered valet. But one of the valets said that it was OK for us to leave the vehicle there while we unloaded and then we had a parking garage that was only $10 a day only a small walk away from the hotel."

"This place is awesome. It’s great for the events downtown. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are very clean a little bougie, but I highly recommend it."

"This is a reasonably priced hotel near the university and a short, Uber ride or walk to OHSU. It is not fancy, but it is clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. The only downside I saw was the heating system, which is an old blower type and left my friend with the stuffy nose in the morning. This is common in older hotels, and I urge them to keep them clean and consider changing them to something more quiet and efficient but overall it was really a good stay and a good price and good people."

"Muy limpio y céntrico"
