Love the area,nearby stores and beautiful trees.Staff was very nice especially Anissa at the front desk.We noticed right away our shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom was empty and she went and got us full ones right away. The breakfast was nice and the girl in charge of it was friendly and kept everything filled. The check in was easy, and parking was good.Better pillows would have been nice other than that we had a great stay.

The room was a good size for our family of 4 and generally clean, except that my kids found a water bottle cap inside the coffeemaker and a plastic shoe cover under the desk. The air conditioner worked, but the wall remote didn’t, and the bathroom fan also wasn’t working. We were too tired to change rooms, so we just went to sleep, it was very stuffy. Aside from that, the hotel was pleasant, breakfast was good, and the gym had everything I needed for my morning workout.

Clean Rooms! This is by far my fave hotel in Oregon simply because everything here is super clean. Of course the staff is super friendly and their breakfast is great. I stay here at least 1 week 2x a year to see family.

Good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and check-in was easy with friendly staff. Our room was spacious and well kept. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and it was nice having a mini fridge and microwave. It was also surprisingly quiet at night, so we all slept well. Breakfast is included, which was a nice bonus. They had eggs, fruit, coffee, "make your own" waffles, and a few other options--simple but convenient before heading out. One negative: Did not want to use the pool and jacuzzi because interior surface needed a good scrubbing. Overall, a solid, comfortable place to stay in the Tigard area. I'd definitely stay here again.
